Villa "Nerino"

A typical Tuscany Villa, with original fixtures lovingly restored, integrity of classic Tuscan with wood beamed ceiling is visible. The house is composed of the dining room with fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and TV sat. On the same floor there is a double bedroom with 2 single beds with it’s own private bathroom. At the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms with king size beds each one with it’s own private bathroom en suite and one double bedroom with 2 single beds with private bathroom en suite. The Villa has in total 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 persons.

The house has a large garden with Barbecue and a pergola equipped far outside dining as well as a large private swimming pool with spacious solarium area.

This typical Tuscany Villa is composed as follows:
-Two Bedrooms with two single beds each one.
-Three bedrooms with king size beds.
-Big Living room with fireplace.
-Kitchen and dining room.
-Five Bathrooms w/showers
-Central heating for off-season use.
-Big pergola with table and outside kitchen.
-Air conditioning (as extra costs).
-Private Swimming pool 15 may -30 September.
